This week's ASMR video is a little different...
I've created an ear exam with a more hypnotherapy-inspired approach. Think soft spoken and whispered, with the pace slowed right down and lots of quiet personal attention. The intention is to create something especially gentle and unhurried, designed to help quieten even the busiest minds and ease you towards deep relaxation. 🤍
I've also made three different versions for you to choose from:
🎶🌧️ Music + rain
🌧️ Rain only
🤍 No ambient sounds
So you can settle into whichever atmosphere works best for you.
