Promoting disaster preparedness AKA prepping and survival to those that have an interest. Whether you're new to Prepping or you're a seasoned prepper, I hope I can pass on (and learn from you), some of the tips and strategies that I've picked up over the last 25 + years.
Whatever, you're prepping for, normal life hiccups such as a power cut or loss of earnings, through to a pandemic or major SHTF disaster.
I am based in the UK and we face different issues compared to the US. But this doesn't mean that we need not prepare. Doesn't matter where you live. Disasters can occur at short notice and it makes sense to have sensible preps in place.
UK Prepping Forums may be a little retro for some people but they do hold a wealth of information and you get to interact with likeminded people. Why not register and partake in "prepping" subjects?

Hope you're all having a great bank holiday weekend. I've been a little busy with a new project, hence my absence.
It's called www.UKPreppers.com/ It's focused on the Prepping for Tuesday theme as it's part of my on going wishes to get more people on board with disaster preparedness and self reliance. It has a number of downloads that are free for personal use, and a free members section for more in depth articles and tools etc that you have to register for if you want to get your hands on them.
However, it doesn't cater for the doomsday preppers or those that get a woody about WEF or contrails.
After 20 odd years of doing this "survival and preparedness" lark I know that to get more people on board we need to bin a lot of the drama that's usually connected to peoples opinions on prepping. If I'm 100% honest my mindset has shifted a fair bit. I'm probably 75% Prepping for Tuesday and 25% doing what I can for major drama.
The problem with YouTube is that the drama side gets pushed more than the sensible side.
I can't do a video on saying I've spent a brazillian shillings on prepping for collapse or WAR and then say - It's all about sensible preparedness 🤣🤣 and not doom and gloom. Because to put it bluntly, it's cobblers.
Prepping can be easy, just buy crap loads of food (if you can afford it) and fantasise over EMP's, CME's, HGV's, Collapse, WW3... need I go on? With the exception of HGV's 😉😁 the other points are so unlikely to happen that you'll probably die of natural causes first.
However, you really should have plans that are discussed with your family, a buffer of food and water and a few items to get you through 99% of what, realistically will happen.

Do you have a Get Home Bag? A bag of stuff to either sustain you if you've got stuck in adverse weather or due to breakdown etc. Or for walking home should that catastrophic 0.1% incident occur?
