Guild Presidents Leadership Academy (GPLA) is a prestigious leadership development program designed to equip outgoing Guild Leaders from Higher Institutions of Learning in Uganda with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively participate in active elective political and public policy processes in the national politics of the country. Our aim is to contribute to the consolidation and strengthening of their democracies.
Our mission is to foster strong leadership, facilitate knowledge exchange, and empower young leaders to create a positive impact on their communities.
