This morning I woke up feeling down and questioning my placement in life. I opened my Bible app and while the prompts did help some, I just couldn’t shake the feeling. I verbally said aloud that I was struggling and didn’t know if I was doing all He wanted me to do.

When I looked down at my phone, a Bible plan I hadn’t seen since September was opened. I knew it was an answer from God because I’ve been seeing 117 for months now. And when I read the Devotional and attached scripture it was confirmed that God was indeed responding.

This journey is tough! And I never want to hide that part, because it’s easy to look at someone’s walk or anointing and think it is light because of how they carry it. I have moments of doubt, fear, and questioning but I choose to hope and trust in God despite what I’m feeling or seeing because I know my perspective is limited.

If you are struggling, tell God because He will respond in a way you will KNOW it is Him and be the strength you need in your times of weakness. What you are going through IS hard, but God isn’t picking on you .. He picked you. You were personally picked to live out one of His promises and His promises do not come easy.

Be encouraged in the wait and never lose hope in what will come if you faint not 💕

"I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord." – Psalm 40:1-3 NLT.

This may be small for some, but this is a milestone I’ve been praying to hit for about a year now! I made my first $100 dollars from content creation 🥹🙌🏽

I started my channel several years ago with the intent to document my journey as a newly Christian woman living in Las Vegas.

However, my fear of being vulnerable kept me from creating the content I knew God was placing on my heart so I ran away from it sort of like Jonah.

Weeks turned into years and it wasn’t until last year that I grew tired of running. I had had enough of trying to do things my way and decided to fully give God control.

A misconception is that by obeying God, things will just suddenly go as you’d hope and life will become easy. That couldn’t be further from the truth, walking according to God’s standard is hard BUT so is trying to fit in with the world when you are called to transform it. Choose your hard 💕

December 28th, I wasn’t sure how my past due rent would be paid nor my upcoming, January rent BUT I trusted that God would make a way in His perfect timing.

I came to bring a praise report that .. HE DID IT!!! My past due and my current rent has been paid in full 😭🙌🏽

My leasing office never started the eviction process (God’s grace), we never went without food, and we didn’t go without our basic necessities. No matter how dire your circumstances may seem, please hold on to faith that God is going to come through for you!
