✨What If Introduction✨

"Hey Grace! Whatcha doing?"

Never in his life has Jason ever reacted so fast, not in combat or training or anywhere else ever before. Behind him he could hear Leo's heavy steps caused by boots to heavy for him to easily lift his legs. The heat the other radiated ran down his back.

From where he was sitting, cross-legged in the middle of the cabin of his father's greek counterpart. Leaning his head back, Jason looked up at the son of Hephaestus from underneath his hair that has grown a bit too long for his liking these past few weeks.

Leo gave him a sharp grin, arms crossed over his chest. The bright light inside the cabin perfectly illuminated his hair, like a halo of light. Mesmerized Jason forgot that he was trying to hide what he was doing and while he was distracted Leo quickly leaned over him and grabbed his secret right out of his lap.

"Dammit Leo, give those back," Jason grumbled, standing up in one smooth motion. Snickering Leo inspected the flat, cardboard rectangles, confused before realising what he was holding.

"Cool! Where did you get these from?" Excitement flashed in those bright eyes as Leo waved the vinyl record sleeves around. Embarrassed Jason held out his hand hoping Leo would give his records back.

"Give them back Valdez."

"Aww come on! Why so embarrassed Grace? Listening to some Taylor Swift is nothing bad,"

"No shit, Sherlock. It's just... Ugh... Someone at Camp Jupiter made a dumb comment about them and now I kinda... I don't know, okay?"

Leo's expression melted into something so soft Jason barley dared to look at him and examine that swoppy feeling in his stomach any closer.

"You know, if you ever need someone to sing exile with at karaoke night I'm always available." Leo winked, retuning the records and leaving the cabin as quickly as he has come leaving Jason dumbfounded with an embarrassing flush covering his cheeks that he would blame on Leo's natural body heat heating up the cabin for the rest of his life.
