Everyone uses attention to detail, teamwork, excellent customer service.

📴STOP using the same education for every position — Education should be relevant for the position

Decent resume but get rid of the columns. I’d rather see the responsibilities and achievements.

🚗 What was your first work car as an adjuster or contractor?

Because let me tell you… mine has stories.

For my very first storm, I packed up a Honda Accord and drove from Atlanta to NYC... w/ a 22ft ladder strapped on like I was going to battle 🪜💪

Why?

Because a 12ft ladder doesn't do much in NYC.

I even tried out a Sprinter van once, I didn't have a ladder at that time lol. I completed me inspections with ladders provided by the homeowner; lucky me.

there's something about your first setup that sticks with you.
