⚖️ False witnesses. Accusation. Judgment without fault.

🩸 Sentenced to death where no crime was committed. Bruised. Beaten.

✝️ Forced to carry a cross. Hung with nails in His hands and feet. Mocked. Scorned.

🐑 A perfect Lamb endured this and more because of His love for us.

💔 Us.
A sinful generation.
A people who turned away from God, yet His love still called out to us.

❤️ Love was poured out for us through the blood of a perfect, slain Lamb.🩸

✝️ Today is Good Friday.
May we remember today that the Lord endured a hard thing for the good of the world and for those who would receive the gift of His sacrifice.

🙌🏽 Through Jesus, salvation was made available to all.

🙏🏽 Lord, we thank You for giving up Your life so that we might live for all eternity.

🕊️ Betrayals, denials, and the coming death.

🙏🏾 Jesus was confident that His Father in heaven would send twelve legions of angels to take Him from it all if He asked, but He remained for us.

💔 A friend who betrayed Him, a close companion who would deny Him, the very ones He prayed for couldn't pray for Him.

⚖️ And the ones He preached to and healed, treating Him like a common criminal, yet He remained graceful.

🌿 He demonstrated humility, grace, and forgiveness.

🔥 He knew that staying the path, no matter how difficult, would forever change the world.

✝️ This Holy Thursday, we reflect on Jesus and the initiation of a great endurance of suffering that would set us free for eternity.

✝️Holy Wednesday: Two Kingdoms at War

Two kingdoms
Two agendas
Two smear campaigns.

🕵️‍♂️ The enemy knew there was to come One who might crush his head, and his assignment has been to take him out beyond bruising his heel.

⏳ A more than 30-year attempt on Jesus' life, since the time of King Herod, the enemy finally got his "in" with 30 pieces of silver.

🩸 To smear Jesus’ blood looked like victory for darkness, an attempt to end the plan of God
and secure continued dominion in the earth..

☁️ Heaven, too, was at work, preparing a sacrificial lamb through the smearing of ointment, knowing that this lamb would be the slain turned mighty Lion 🦁

🧍🏾‍♂️🧍🏽‍♀️ Man was the medium in how all these things would be:

😡Jealous priests, a friend turned betrayer, and a woman willing to "waste" oil that could have helped the poor.

⚔️ Two kingdoms at war for the souls of humanity.

💛 One God who loved them beyond fault, and One Man willing to pay the price.

🕊️ This Holy Wednesday lets reframe betrayal beyond "what they did" and see the true enemy pulling the strings in an attempt to destroy your destiny.

🔍🙏🏽Know the betrayal of anyone who so-called loved you was only a stepping stone to a greater glory.

✝️Holy Tuesday: Teaching in the Temple

🛤️ On the road to the cross, Jesus was laying more foundation, uprooting crooked systems, and asserting the true way of the kingdom of God through His heaven-backed authority.

🌳 In His first act, He cursed the beautiful yet fruitless fig tree. There was something He desired of it that it did not produce, so He declared: no fruit will grow of it from that moment forward. As His disciples marveled, He instilled confidence in them saying, if they had faith, they too could do the same. They could uproot a fruitless tree. They could move a 'moveless' mountain, that if they only believed when they prayed, they would receive.

🕊️ This confidence gave freedom, liberty, and permission to act in a world then and even now, where dependency is magnified over Christ's granted power in each of us.

🏛️ Jesus continued on to the temple to teach the people and as always, His words amazed. I believe that the more we encounter Him, the more scales fall from our eyes, and the lenses of our hearts are recalibrated to see ourselves as sons and daughters and not merely servants. #Heirs

⚡ This very teaching is disruptive to a system. The very system that made God's house a marketplace, elevating greed and corruption above a holy dwelling for meeting God.

❓ Those invested in maintaining the status quo challenged Him, asking, “By what authority do you do these things?” They didn’t realize that it was the very God they claimed to serve who had come to dismantle their way and establish His righteous way.

💪 This is telling that one should be confident in the God who sent them, knowing there will always be challenges to your identity, authority, and purpose. Opposition may try to derail you, but remain grounded, confident, and humble before God, assured that heaven backs your assignment.

🍇 Jesus’ parables remind us of this truth: those obedient in God’s vineyard produce fruit. Those who are connected to the vine but bear no fruit will wither, as John 15:6 declares. The chief priests and Pharisees heard His words, yet their hearts remained unchanged.

🪞 As we meditate on Holy Tuesday, we can examine our own lives. Are we producing as we should? Are we holding on to things or areas God is calling us to release? This is a time for personal accountability and spiritual growth.

🕊️ And if God has called you to a purpose, silence the voices that ask, “Who do you think you are?” Before the foundation of the world, He knew your name. Stand firm in being who He said you are.

🪨The Stone That The Builders Rejected Became The Cornerstone. #Jesus

🌿Holy Monday: Cleansing the Temple

Whatever bears the name of God
should reflect:
His design
His desires and
His dominion.

When Jesus is truly allowed to enter the space of our hearts, our minds and our temples,
there will be a casting out of what doesn’t align and a recalibration of what does.

A casting out of:
What doesn’t fulfill His desire,
What doesn’t reflect His design &
What isn’t under His dominion.

Those who came to receive,
to exchange their burdens, their ailments, and their sin were met with buying and selling.

Those in need of life-changing power were obstructed by money changers in a space where transformation was replaced with transaction.

Jesus looked around and saw the house of God operating opposite of the character of God.

He saw that communication wasn't existing in the place designed to meet God.

A cold altar of communication.
A house, not a house of the nations.

The place meant for encounter
had become a place of obstruction.

Even today, things are still being “bought and sold”
destinies, purpose, gifts, talents, integrity, faithfulness, and holiness, all exchanged for what profits nothing.

But today, may the authority of Christ overturn and cast out all that does not glorify His name.

May every temple be cleansed,
making room for Him to heal, restore, and fill with a greater measure of His presence.

There is nothing you need to sell
and no price you need to pay
because Jesus already paid the price.
