• Fueling my mind with books, podcasts, gratitude & meditation—because what you consume mentally is just as important as what you eat. • Water & food before coffee—I used to reach for coffee first thing, but starting my day with hydration & real fuel made me feel so much better. • Moving my body in sync with my cycle—instead of pushing through exhaustion, I honor my energy levels & work with my body, not against it. • Writing a to-be list instead of a to-do list—because who I am matters just as much as what I accomplish. • Eating mostly 1-ingredient foods with an 80/20 balance—because nourishing my body doesn’t mean restriction, it means intention.
