Good morning Beauties 🩵 Which of these ingredients is known for being 20% more hydrating than Hyaluronic Acid and is a key "soother" in this routine? 🤓

Protect, prevent, plump, heal and hydrate 💫

We all know the frustration of waking up and noticing that a fine line has turned into a deeper crease, or that our skin just doesn't "bounce back" like it used to. If you’re struggling with collagen loss or uneven texture, your routine shouldn’t just sit on top of your skin; it needs to communicate with it.

My "Triple Threat" philosophy (Protect, Prevent, and Plump) isn't just about layering products, it’s about cellular recovery.

🌱 Beyond the Surface: While Niacinamide brightens, it's actually working to reinforce your skin's lipid barrier so you stop losing moisture to the air.

💌 The Peptide Signal: Peptides act like little messengers telling your skin to get back to work producing collagen.

🧬 The DNA Secret: PDRN is the real game-changer here. It doesn't just hydrate; it helps repair the skin's biological structure from the inside out.

Consistency is the only "secret ingredient" that actually works. Are you ready to get your glow back? 💦🛡️

Finding my core (literally) again! 🩰✨

They say you never forget how to ride a bike, but nobody mentioned how it feels to face a Reformer after a long "hiatus." Since giving birth to my son, my body has felt like it belongs to everyone but me. Today, I finally got back on the machine to start the journey of rebuilding from the inside out.

It’s definitely not about hitting my old spring weights or nailing a perfect teaser, today was all about that deep, shaky connection to muscles I haven't seen since the third trimester. It feels so good to move in a way that’s just for me.

Slow, steady, and extremely sore tomorrow. Who else is in their "comeback era" right now?

Good morning Beauties 🩵 Let’s talk about the "Glass Skin" heavy hitters!

We often talk about hydration, but the real secret to that bouncy, reflective glow is a mix of PDRN, Peptides, and Panthenol. 🧬✨

I’ve been testing this specific lineup to see how they play together, and the results are 🤌🏼✨ Here is the breakdown of why these ingredients matter:

🍚 Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk: It’s not just water! It uses Rice Bran and Rice Milk to nourish the barrier from step one.
🔋 numbuzin No.3 NAD+ PDRN Glow Boosting Toner: This is the game-changer. PDRN is a bio-stimulator that helps with cell regeneration. Combined with NAD+, it’s like a battery pack for your skin cells.
🧬 Medicube Hyaluronic Multi Peptide Serum: 13 types of Peptides! Peptides are the messengers that tell your skin to produce more collagen.
🧴 Purito SEOUL Mighty Bamboo Panthenol Cream: 10% Panthenol (Vitamin B5) acts as a moisture magnet and a soothing shield to lock everything in.

Are you incorporating PDRN into your routine yet, or are you still sticking to the classic Hyaluronic Acid? Lmk in the comments! 💬👇🏼

Good morning Beauties 🩵 Let's see how well you followed along with this weeks posts 🤓 Why is Lactic Acid (found in the Isntree essence) often considered "gentler" than pure Glycolic Acid (found in the COSRX liquid)? 👇🏼

Let’s talk about the "Postpartum Shed" 💇🏼‍♀️💨

I remember looking at these clumps a few weeks ago and feeling a total sense of panic. But after opening up to other moms, I realized we are all basically shedding like golden retrievers right now! 🐕

What’s actually happening?
During pregnancy, high estrogen levels keep your hair in the "growth phase" longer than usual, which is why many of us get that amazing, thick pregnancy hair. But once those hormones level out postpartum, all that hair that should have fallen out over the last nine months decides to leave all at once.

It’s called Telogen Effluvium, and while it feels like you’re losing it all, you’re actually just returning to your "normal" volume. Most experts say it peaks around 4 months and settles by the time your little one hits their first birthday.

You aren't alone, and those tiny baby hairs (the "postpartum bangs") are just a sign that your body is busy recovering. Hang in there! 🩵

Skin Check: Let's Talk AHAs! ✨
You guys know I’m a fan of a good chemical exfoliant, and these two K-beauty staples are often compared. On the left, we have the COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid, and on the right, the Isntree Chestnut AHA 8% Clear Essence.

While they both aim to smooth out texture, they actually behave quite differently on the skin:

⚡️ COSRX (The Specialist): This one uses 7% Glycolic Acid. It’s the "OG" for a reason. Glycolic acid has the smallest molecular size of all AHAs, meaning it penetrates deeper and faster. It’s a powerhouse for stubborn whiteheads and deep-seated congestion, but it can be a bit "spicy" if your skin barrier is sensitive.

🌰 Isntree (The Gentle Refiner): This uses an 8% AHA blend (mostly Lactic and Glycolic) but adds Chestnut Shell Extract. The tannins in the chestnut help tighten pores, while the lactic acid - which has a larger molecular size - exfoliates more superficially and hydrates as it goes. It’s generally the better pick for a glowy, "glass skin" finish without the sting.

The Verdict? If you're fighting active bumps, go COSRX. If you’re looking to brighten dullness and prep for makeup, Isntree is your best friend. Lmk in the comments which one is your go-to 💬👇🏼

Nighttime Glow-Up: Consistency is Key! ✨
We’ve all had those long days where the bed is calling, and the thought of a 5-step routine feels like a marathon. But here is your sign: Don't skip it! While it’s tempting to just crash, your skin does its best repair work while you sleep. By layering these specific ingredients tonight, you aren't just "washing your face", you’re supporting your skin’s natural barrier and waking up with that rested, hydrated bounce.

💡Pro Tip: Applying your products on slightly damp skin helps lock in that extra moisture from the electrolytes! Your future morning self will thank you for the extra 5 minutes tonight. 🌙🩵

Stay tuned to see what 3 extra products I have been testing and adding into my routine 🤫🫶🏼
