Why do they make junk food so amazing to taste?
Evening times are always the worst, all I want to do is eat junk!
Since the turn of the year I’ve been incredibly disciplined in my calorie intake, losing 5kg along the way. I’m about 6 weeks in now and struggle a little! What the best way to not fold to the pressure of the delightful junk??
