I've shipped out just about 450 copies of my zines in the past 2 months. I love it. The whole process. Turning my Substack stories and essays into an A5 magazine. Commissioning original artwork from real artists for the pieces. Ordering copies from the printer I work with and anticipating the deliveries. Buying shipping label stickers and envelopes. Coming up with special perks like stickers and postcards. Writing thank yous. Reading the names and countries where they're headed. Packing each and every one. And I especially love dropping them off at the post office. It's all genuinely fun. Getting paid for my work is an added bonus too. Thanks to everyone who has bought a physical or digital copy!
