Not every “strong feeling” is intuition.
Sometimes it’s your nervous system reacting to pressure, not your inner wisdom guiding you.
Trauma often creates a false sense of urgency — the feeling that you must decide right now, act immediately, or you’ll lose the opportunity forever. That pressure can feel convincing, but it usually comes from activation, not clarity.
Real alignment feels very different. It’s steady. Grounded. Spacious. There’s no desperation in it.
When the nervous system is regulated, decisions don’t feel like survival. They feel like choice.
So before rushing into the next decision, pause and ask yourself:
Is this coming from clarity… or from fear?
