Anyway, how are ya all doing? I’ve been MIA focusing on me, life, work and business - and not necessarily in that order either. ⁣⁣

It's been a whirlwind of moving house (no more spiral staircase 😢), surgery, recuperating, getting my life together, delivering my biggest Tech project to date, serving my Career Game Changer clients - whoop! That’s my baby right there! 🙌🏾⁣⁣

All this to say it's been a lot, sometimes incredibly fun and rewarding, sometimes exhausting and overwhelming. We need to talk about this more because the world rewards us for doing the most, but hardly ever encourages us to reset, recalibrate and focus on our mental and physical health. ⁣⁣

Anyway, never ask for permission to put yourself first - that’s my motto and I’m sticking to it!⁣⁣

One more thing - If you’ve got your hands in many pots, especially you working mothers and fathers, I salute you. I really don’t know how I would do all these things with kids and it really fuels me to “make hay while the sun shines” because I want those little critters one day and I will definitely be getting a nanny!⁣⁣
