if you have Uttara Ashadha shining in your chart know this you were never meant for temporary victories. You are the conqueror of time, the keeper of truth, the one who builds what cannot be broken. You are the promise that the universe made to itself that righteousness no matter how slow, will always win in the end.

When you have prominent planets in this nakshatra for example Mercury the voice of truth becomes loud and clear. These are the speakers, the writers, the thinkers who use words or I should say who know how to play with words and with their words they shape minds, influencing systems, reforming society. Their intelligence is sharp, structured and purposeful. People with prominent Uttara Ashadha influence in their chart they don’t just speak they inspire others. Think of those whose words change the course of history visionaries like philosophers, poets, and revolutionaries.

The most creative minds have mastered the art of detachment. Their creativity flows from their ability to lose sight of ego and slip into the present moment. When I wrote these lines this early morning something stirred deep inside me like entering a trance, a zone where thoughts dissolve and only meaning remains. This is exactly what I learned from Hemraj Sir … whenever you think about Nakshatra knowledge enter that meditative trance zone. Only then the deeper truth reveals itself.

Before I speak more about Nakshatras today I want to share a piece of myself. I was born with Ketu in the 4th house in Sagittarius in Moola Nakshatra. And for a long time, every time life threw challenges at me… I blamed my Ketu like a child. People associate Moola with Nirriti Devi with Alakshmi with Maa Dhumavati with Maa Kaali the goddesses who pull you inward, who cut attachments who take you into the shadows of your own soul.

But today when I sat in meditation and entered that trance again something shifted. I saw how beautifully the placement aligns with the lines I wrote in the beginning “The most creative minds have mastered the art of detachment. Their creativity flows from their ability to lose sight of ego and slip into the present moment”

Moola means root the point where everything begins and where everything returns. The 4th house is Pataal Loka the deepest subconscious, the hidden caves of the emotional body. And Ketu is the moksha-karaka the shadow planet that cuts illusions and pulls us towards truth. Ketu in Moola is like roots going deep into the earth…moving downward into darkness…only to emerge upward as wisdom just like the tree that stands tall only because its roots are strong beneath the soil.

That is why I always felt that my understanding, my thoughts, my insights come from a place deeper than the mind. Why I read between the lines. Why I surrender to my Guru … Hemraj Sir blindly …

“Why unlearning feels more natural to me than learning” Because Moola teaches exactly this to uproot the old, to remove the dead roots and to find truth in the soil of previous births. And this is not just my story. Anyone with strong Moola Nakshatra energy will feel this like having Lagna, Moon or major planets in the Moola Nakshatra. If you carry Moola within you do not fear going solo. Do not be afraid to walk into unknown territories. Your path is not meant to be crowded. Your journey is inward through roots, through darkness, through silence. You are meant to discover something raw, something ancient, something powerful hidden inside you.

Often the people who create the deepest impact are the ones who have walked through their own storms. Their souls are disturbed but their purpose is clear. They achieve big things yet remain alone within themselves not out of sadness but because their consciousness vibrates at a different frequency.

If you read more about this nakshatra you will see Moola sits at the exact point where creation and destruction meet. The deity of Moola is Nirriti the goddess of the void but behind Nirriti stands Maa Kaali the ultimate force of truth. Kaali is the goddess of roots. She uproots ego, illusion and false identity. She destroys what is impure so that something sacred can rise again. And that is why Moola is one of the most powerful spiritual nakshatras not for comfort but for transformation. Have you ever thought Why is untamed hair associated with Moola Nakshatra and Maa Kaali?

In our spiritual symbolism open hair represents freedom from social conditioning. And Maa Kaali’s wild, untamed hair flows like cosmic energy unstructured, unbound, unapologetic. I can write so much about this but maybe someday later I will write more about Maa Kaali.

In Nadi Jyotish Ketu represents hair the energy, the nervous system, the antenna of intuition. Untamed hair signifies a mind not trapped by structure, a mind connected to instinct, to purity, to primal wisdom. This is exactly how Moola works. It breaks rules of the material world so that the soul can breathe. Moola natives often carry an different vibration something that feels older than this birth. Their eyes see deeper truths. Their intuition works like a hidden river underneath their life. And whether they want it or not… they are guided by forces beyond logic.

And to be born in Moola is to carry a past life story that continues unfinished. It is to stand at the point where you must uproot your karmic patterns. It is to be pushed again and again to discover who you truly are.

Yes, the path is lonely.
Yes, the path is intense.
But the path is divine.

because…

It is better to walk alone into your truth than to live surrounded by illusions.

And that is the gift of Moola. It makes you dive downward only so you can rise higher. It takes you into darkness only so you can become light. It breaks you only so you can awaken.

Eklavya Astrology

Today is Kaal Bhairav Ashtami the most blessed day when Lord Shiva manifested as Kaal Bhairava, the fierce guardian actually of cosmic order. It is believed that on this tithi Shiva took the form of Bhairava to destroy arrogance, ignorance and the darkness that blocks divine wisdom. “Kaal” means Time and “Bhairava” means the one who removes fear bhaya and ignorance rava. Thus Kaal Bhairava is the timeless power who protects truth and punishes falsehood.

Though we have different stories related to how Brahma ji head was been cut off but mainly it is to believed that when Brahma ji developed ego and claimed to be the supreme creator Shiva appeared as a dazzling light from which emerged Kaal Bhairava carrying a trident and a skull. He cut off one head of Brahma to destroy his pride reminding the universe that no creation can exist without the power of Shiva which is actually an eternal consciousness that holds time itself.

In the Kashi Kaal Bhairava Temple there is a powerful mantra inscribed on the walls the Vam mantra of Bhairava “ॐ वं कालभैरवाय नमः” This mantra begins with Vam the bīja mantra of Bhairava. Vam represents the creative point in the human body the seat of Shakti located near the Swadhisthana chakra the place of creation, desire and flow. It is through this point that the energy of life begins to move upward. When Vam resonates it awakens Bhairava within the awareness that guards this creative energy from misuse, distraction or decay. And if you feel your creative energy is blocked than simply chant the beej mantra Vam.

Just as Kaal Bhairava guards the sacred city of Kashi ensuring that no negative force enters its divine vibration he also guards our inner Kashi space within the human body. The body is called Shetra, the field as mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita 13th Chapter इदं शरीरं कौन्तेय क्षेत्रमित्यभिधीयते … this human body is the field. If you deeply analyse you will understand that when Shakti rises within this field Bhairava becomes its protector the Shetrapal guiding the soul through transformation without losing balance.

This whole concept has a deep meaning and people who have Saturn, Mars and Rahu strongly connected can understand Bhairava’s presence around them more strongly and how Bhairava as Shetrapal is important for this human body to invoke shakti within. To awaken the Shakti Shri Krishna in the starting of Geeta was making Arjuna aware that his human body is Shetra only.

On Kaal Bhairav Ashtami we all should light lamps, offer black sesame, oil and prayers to Bhairava asking him to guard our consciousness against inner darkness, illusions and fear. And if you are currently in the darkness or battling the inner demons invoke Bhairava within. The night of Bhairava is not a night of destruction it is the night of awakening. It is when we face the truth of impermanence, the passage of time, and the need to surrender our ego to the eternal Shiva within.

To meditate today, close your eyes, focus on the lower abdomen where the Vam vibration resides and chant. Let the sound flow like a wave, rising through your spine. Feel Bhairava as the silent protector of your consciousness fierce yet compassionate … dark yet full of light.

Kaal Bhairav reminds us that time is sacred, creation is sacred and the human body itself is a holy temple. On this day may Bhairava guard your Shetra, awaken your Shakti and guide your spirit towards fearlessness and liberation.

Have you ever met people who simply cannot do anything alone? They need company to go shopping, a friend to accompany them for a haircut or even someone to talk to before they fall asleep. Solitude feels unbearable to them. They constantly seek validation “Did I do this right?”, “Do you think this looks good?”, “Am I doing the right thing?” Their world runs on reassurance. Without it they feel lost, uncertain, and incomplete. They seek validation from others whatever they do. This deep dependency and confusion often trace back to one core astrological truth a weak or afflicted Lagna lord.

“Festival of Light — on the Darkest Night”
Have you ever wondered why the Festival of Light, Diwali, is celebrated on the darkest night of the year — Amavasya? Beyond its religious story, it holds a profound cosmic and spiritual truth. The dark night of Amavasya reflects the very nature of this temporary world. When there is no Sun, no Moon, and only darkness outside, Nature is silently asking you to look within. There, you will find your own आत्म ज्योति — the inner light of awareness that never fades. Darkness doesn’t mean there is no light; it means we have forgotten who we truly are. That’s why our Rishis chose this night for deep Sadhna, because when the outer world turns dark, life compels us to seek the light within — and that’s where the real Diwali begins.

The return of Shri Ram to Ayodhya is not just a historical event; it is a metaphor of the soul (आत्मा) returning to its source, the Supreme Consciousness (परमात्मा). The sages encoded this story to remind us of the eternal dance between the Microcosm (human being) and the Macrocosm (the Universe). Whatever happens in the Cosmos also happens within us — the outer world is but a reflection of our inner state. When we clean our homes, decorate them, and light lamps, we are symbolically cleansing our inner space — purifying our thoughts, emotions, and intentions. The real purpose was to awaken the light of consciousness within, not merely to illuminate the walls of our house.

From an astrological perspective, Amavasya is when the Sun and the Moon — Surya (the Atma, soul) and Chandra (the Manas, mind) — meet at the same degree. This conjunction creates an Amavasya Dosh — a state where the mind loses its borrowed light and merges back into the source. Symbolically, this is the death of the ego. For an unaware being, this can bring confusion or heaviness; but for the seeker, this is the most powerful time for transcendence, when the illusion of separateness fades and the soul’s true light shines unimpeded.

Every festival, in truth, is a cosmic mirror. The planetary alignments and lunar phases are not mere celestial motions — they are reflections of our inner evolution. Diwali marks the sacred moment when the external darkness of the Cosmos invites the internal awakening of the Self. The Sun and Moon meeting in the sky is not a coincidence; it is a divine reminder that the union of Atma and Manas, Soul and Mind, leads to illumination.

When the world turns dark, life whispers — look within. The true Diwali begins not with firecrackers or decorations, but when you light the lamp of awareness in your heart. The diyas you light outside are only reflections of the one eternal flame within you — the flame that no darkness can ever extinguish. 🪔
Due to Debilitation of sun and moon with sun,our immunity remain very weak and many people become prone to black magic and bad energy around them, people who have afflicted moon and afflicted libra feels heavy and celebration encounter negativity.
So be careful and strengthen your mind with sadhna and meditation. For the wealth seeker its best day to start reciting the shri suktam.
Shubh deepawali 🪔
