Origin & Early Life

Croloof was once an ordinary house kitty — a warm, loved companion with soft fur and a gentle life. Her days were filled with cuddles, food, and playful adventures within her home. But her life changed forever when she was taken by unknown agents for “research purposes.” The humans who took her saw her as nothing more than a test subject for their experiments.

The Experiment & Mutation

Subjected to a series of experimental procedures meant to combine dragon DNA with goo-based bioengineering, Croloof was meant to become a dragon hybrid with controlled abilities. However, the experiment went horribly wrong. She underwent rapid mutations, developing two distinct tails:

A Hand Tail — agile, prehensile, and almost like a second pair of hands, capable of delicate manipulation and signaling.

A Crocodile Tail — larger, bulkier, reptilian, covered in lime-green scales with glowing eyes and a threatening jaw.


Her body transformed into molten gold and lime-green goo, with glowing flowers sprouting from her skull, crystalline water wings, and big fluffy mane glowing with streaks of lime. Her eyes, when calm, were soft gold with flecks of lime, but when angered, they pierced like a dragon’s glare, staring into your very soul.

Personality & Behavior

Though cute and fluffy in appearance, Croloof’s experience made her fiercely protective and deeply distrustful — even hateful — of humans. She retains a clever, strategic mind, and her two tails reflect parts of her personality:

The Hand Tail is quick-witted, clever, and sometimes impatient, often providing delicate help or sarcasm.

The Crocodile Tail is rougher, more aggressive, acting as her protector and enforcer.


They argue, banter, and sometimes cooperate flawlessly, especially during combat or defense.

Infection Mechanics

Croloof’s goo isn’t just biological matter — it’s infectious. When her goo comes into direct contact with other animals or humans, it mutates them, transforming them into versions of herself but with unique differences in colors and attributes. Often, the infected lose parts of their memories, making them more susceptible to Croloof’s influence and protection.

Unlike simply absorbing or killing hosts, Croloof’s infection changes the infected into “packmates” or “extensions” of her being, each with variations — some become Goo Hounds, Crystal Goo Pups, or Goo Cats — all marked by glowing goo patterns and altered behaviors.

The Great Escape

During a high-security containment breach at the lab, Croloof used her dual tails’ combined power to shatter reinforced glass, injuring multiple staff members. She fled, leaving goo trails marking her path — perhaps intentionally — confusing pursuers.

Her escape was swift and carefully planned, showing her strategic intelligence. For hours she evaded capture, her infection spreading to some unfortunate creatures along the way.

Her status is “Escaped → Recaptured” but many details about her capture and containment dates remain classified and redacted.

Current Status & Legacy

Now, Croloof is known as a dangerous and unpredictable entity. Her hostility toward humans is extreme; she will attack on sight. Yet, she fiercely protects other goo pups and animals she considers part of her pack.

Her infection continues to spread quietly beyond the lab, and sightings suggest her pack is growing.

Both of her tails remain semi-autonomous, giving her unpredictable combat styles and mood swings. She’s a creature of beautiful yet terrifying mutations — a living symbol of scientific hubris and survival.

Memory Influence & Control

One of Croloof’s most unusual and powerful traits is her ability to partially control the memories of those she infects. When her goo transforms another animal or human into a version of herself, the outcome isn’t random — Croloof’s will shapes whether the infected retain fragments of their original memories or have them wiped almost entirely.

Selective Memory Retention: Croloof can consciously decide how much of the infected’s past remains intact. This allows her to preserve important skills or knowledge in some pack members, making them valuable allies or scouts. For example, an infected animal might retain hunting instincts or territorial knowledge, while forgetting their previous fear of humans.

Memory Wiping: In cases where she wants total control or fears rebellion, Croloof can cause severe memory loss, leaving the infected more malleable and loyal. These individuals often show a blank slate mentality, following Croloof’s guidance unquestioningly.

Emotional Echoes: Even when memories are wiped, traces of emotions linger. The infected might feel unease, nostalgia, or inexplicable loyalty toward Croloof or other pack members without understanding why.

Communication Link: Through a subtle psychic or goo-based connection, Croloof maintains a mental link with her infected packmates. This bond strengthens over time and helps coordinate their actions, compensating for lost memories with shared instincts and commands.


This ability makes Croloof’s infection both a curse and a tool — preserving enough identity to keep the pack functional, yet reshaping them into extensions of her will, blurring the lines between predator, protector, and puppet master.
