AHHHH! 😝 Don’t worry, I’m not at the vet I’m just showing off my scary mouth spikes! 🦖👀 -> Swipe right to see more!

Those little spiky things back there are called choanal papillae, and every bird has them. They connect my mouth to my nasal passages basically my built-in nose tunnel. Vitamin A keeps them sharp and healthy.

If they start looking sad or disappear, it could mean I’m missing important nutrients or feeling under the weather.
