I am a 34 year old real estate investor who has the spirit of a teacher. I have 65 unit and I have the land to build 120 more. I bought my first apartment in Lake Charles Louisiana at 18 and built my first duplex at age 19 where I lived in half and rented the other side eliminating my living expenses. I will take you through my last 16 years of my real estate career and show you all the ins and outs of my projects. we will go through things from ground up construction, property purchase, and personal finance tips. Last night I took on a 14 fight pro fighter and came out with the W! Thank you to my coaches, supporters, and sponsors! Thank you to my opponent Aaron Davis for being a great competitor and person. Also thank you to McNeese State University Rodeo for putting on an amazing event! They raised $110,000 and I raised $20,000 for breast cancer!
Definitely one for the memory books!
