My answer is always based on one thing, where growth is already happening but might not necessarily be very visible to everyone.( we can be looking at something yet we’re not seeing it).
With the Port Harcourt Ring Road Project connecting six local government areas, some locations are positioned to benefit more than others. You don’t have to agree with me.
Here are my top 3 investment locations in Port Harcourt right now
3. The Eneka Axis (Eneka-Iriebe and Eneka-Igbo Etche)
If you’re working with a budget, this is one of the smartest places to start.
Current entry price is about ₦8.5 million - ₦20 million depending on the location and land title.
2. Obiri-Ikwerre Airport
This corridor has been attracting significant attention, and for good reason.
The Rivers State Government, in partnership with Taf are currently working on 20,000 housing units in this area, making it one of the state’s major growth corridors.
