(Challenge)
Zoey: [She starts to write her story for the Challenge] Now let's see.
Title: All the sides of you.
"Long ago, there lived two royals. A brave yet caring princess, and a prince with many sides to him. One was kind, one was wise, one was graceful, one was strong, one was smart, and one...was cruel.
They met eachother one day while the princess was in the woods, they bumped into eachother. "Watch where your going!" Blerted the prince angerly. "I'm truly sorry sir, I didn't see you there" The princess apologized sincerely yet she was confused when she saw the prince act that way but once the prince spoke again "No I'm sorry, I should be careful." His tone had shifted to a more softer tone. This confused the princess though it led her to ask "Are you okay?" She looked at the prince with concern though before he could answer he ran. "(That person sure was an odd one.)" The princess had thought. Yet that oddness was endearing to her.
The next day the princess and prince crossed paths at the village. "Oh, you again. The lady from before." The prince noticed her quite fast. "And you the man I met before, we crossed paths just yesterday remember?" The princess recalled their encounter. "Oh yeah, I'm dearly sorry about that." He sincerely said "I sometimes act that way when I'm pestered." The princess put her hand on his shoulder. "There is no need for shame, you are as wise and honest as they come." She reassured. "Really?" The prince asked "because those I have told of this had pushed me away before. I didn't think you'd be different." "Sometimes being different isn't as bad as you think." The princess replied, soon enough the two spent each day together with the prince showed more of his sides to himself his grace, his strength, and his smarts and with each one the princess loved him more and more by the day.
However one day....The prince was planning on admiting his love for the princess but as they passed the village like many times before the eyes of the Villagers were all on them in the most ominous way. "My dear, what seems to be the matter?" The princess asked worryingly, but before the prince could utter a word "Stop stay back!" One of the Villagers yelled at the two "How could a beautiful princess like you fall for a devil like him!?" The villager pointed at the prince. "He is no devil, he is one of the most kind person I've ever met." The princess retorted, but almost noone would hear her out they kept berating the prince with insults. "Heartless!" Screamed a villager, "Devil!" Yelled another the Prince wished he couldn't hear it, it brought him much pain until..."Silence!" The prince yelled to the sky in rage as he clenched his fist. "My dear are you alright?" The princess came close to the prince only for him to respond with "Stay back!" This shocked the princess but much more the Prince realizing what was going on, he ran from the village as the princess followed suit.
She was led to the forest, the same where they met and by the base of the tree the prince was there alone. "Why did you follow me?" The prince asked coldly. "I was worried about you my dear." The princess sat with him as much as the prince didn't want to. "Don't listen to them you know those words won't change a thing." The princess said "Your a fool for not knowing." The prince replied still with the cold and cruel tone. "I tortured this village since I could remember, but by each moon going by I no longer do or at least he doesn't." "I don't understand." The princess replied. "The prince you knew and the sides he has are separate, I'm merely one of them, haven't been freed for ages. But even now I'm still a devil in the eyes of the village." The princess took his hand. "Your no devil they only believed so because of how you we're before. Your as honest as honest can be and a brave soul at that." The princess continued to reassure the prince "How would you know?" The prince asked. "These sides are a curse." "Because..." The princess leaned in for a kiss before finishing her response with- "I know enough for them to be a blessing, for you and me...my love." She kisses the prince with his cold demeanor shifting to the loving and kind prince she knew. "Do you....really love me?" The prince asked in his familiar kind tone. "Yes, I love you....all of you." The princess hugged the prince after saying that giving the prince the comfort and clarification he needed to know that she will always love him all his sides, flaws and all." -The end.
