🚨 Challenge Alert 🚨
We will begin a 28days Lower body (Butt, Quads, calves) challenge from tomorrow, February 1st, 2025.
Don’t miss out on this challenge and try your best to follow till the end
The results will be amazing 🤩
“ROUTINE FOR GUYS”
- Regular Squat: 100reps (warm up)
- Jump squat: 2sets x 30reps
- Pulse squat: 2sets x 25reps
- Bulgarian split squat: 2sets x 15reps(both legs)
- Calve raises: 2x 35reps
“ROUTINE FOR THE LADIES”
- Regular squat: not less than 50-100reps (warm up)
- Jump squat: 2sets x 20reps
- Pulse squat: 2sets x 15reps(wide and deep)
- Glute bridges: 2sets x 40reps ( hold, up at intervals of 10reps)
- Kick back: 2sets x 30reps (both legs)
