To anyone who is interested and able to see 6S48 Port of Workington to Aberdeen Waterloo, I may be wrong as I saw it through a built up area so take my word with a pinch of salt but I think it might be being hauled by a colas rail 37, it may be a 70 or even a 66 and I may be wrong but it looked a lot like a 37. Good luck if you do go see it.


Edit: apologies to anyone who went to see it and had the unfortunate experience of finding out it was a 70. (*coughs ‪@Trainzat‬ )

Nice spot yesterday as 37403 “Isle of Mull” hauled some Crimson and Cream mark 1s along the Alloa line running from Lochgelly to Bo’ness.

A fantastic spot down at Stirling today, as 45407 “The Lancashire Fusilier” and 47812 pulled a rail tour from Fort William to Aberdeen.

Hello everyone.

So I’ve been thinking about what tier list videos I can do next. I am going to be very busy for a while but I thought I’d start to plan one anyway. So my idea is to rank my favourite trains. However, I thought I’d get som audience participation involved, and that is where YOU 🫵come in.

For the next month and a bit, I want your comments on this post here about trains that you DISLIKE, whether it be a freight locomotive you are annoyed when you see, a passenger train that gets on your nerves, or an overcrowded train that lasts hours. Drop them down in the comments and we’ll turn this into a My Favourites VS your least favourite trains and I’ll rank them.

Really nice to see this.

So yesterday was a disappointment as I missed a DB cargo class 66 engineering train by about 40 seconds, unfortunately I was close enough to hear it passing.

However today made up for it as I saw a Colas Rail class 37 double header, pushing a singular snow plough towards Larbert, even with a nice 2-tone, it was 37175 “W.S. Sellar” and 37057 “Barbara Arbon”. Short out tomorrow.

Fantastic day out at Wolverton.

Plenty of fast trains, freight trains, a tamper, and even a bonus class 37 that I wasn’t expecting. All my first DCR train in the form of 60046 “William Wilberforce” which was nice. The video should be out around next Wednesday or Thursday but I’ll post a couple of the short clips I got which were taken when I was caught off guard by fast trains.

Alright has anyone else had this weird glitch.

So I uploaded a video yesterday and it said I had 800 videos on the channel, naturally I put out a post celebrating this. However I uploaded my video from the Glasgow model railway show and somehow it’s gone back down to 799. Any ideas?
