God stands in darkness before creating light. "In the beginning, God created heaven and earth, and the earth without form and, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. Setting the stage for Gods creative work. (Genesis 1-2). God speaks, "Let there be light." (Genesis 3). He created man (us) in His image. Therefore, we are able to create light in darkness even when it seems impossible.
