I help burned-out professionals reduce stress, improve habits, and take back control of their lives.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 21 and told he might never walk again. While recovering, he landed his “dream job” working with global brands like Uber and Emirates, but behind the success, he was silently burning out.
Now I share practical tools that helped me recover physically & mentally and help others recover from burnout & rebuild a life that actually works.
On this channel, we make videos that help you:
1) Review your life and reduce stress & burnout at the root
2) Improve your habits & build a sustainable routine
3) Reclaim your time, purpose, and power
4) Hear from others who’ve done it too
This is for high-performing professionals ready to reset and create meaningful change.

Thank you so much for 500 subscribers!
I reflect upon how hard it has been over the past year working on this channel and slowly growing this community. We compare ourselves to others, how fast they win, the successes they gather, but we hardly see behind the curtain of all the trial and error, the failed attempts, the late nights editing, and the constant self-doubt. I've committed to myself and to you to focus on the process of creating content over the results it gains. So even if I slow down, I will not give up. I’m in it for the long haul!
This is what 500 people look like! It really puts it into perspective!

I tried Duolingo, but gave up since I wasn’t fluent in Spanish after one session.
That’s exactly the mentality of everyone when it comes to most aspects of their life.
The foundations of moving from this mindset come from these three key points:
1 - Beginner's Mindset - We live in an age where we want to be the best at what we do instantly. With instant rewards all around us, we need to give ourselves permission to put our hand up and go, “I’m just starting,” and be okay with that.
2 - Small Steps Forward Daily - As James Clear said, 1% better, every day. This compounds over time. You’re the accumulation of days, weeks, and months... not one day.
3 - Actions Over Outcomes - One which is easier said than done when you’re staring at your bank account or the scales. Focus on the daily actions that point you in the right direction.
TL;DR: Focus on one daily action that keeps the footsteps moving forward.

Working alongside @LoRoxburgh, “The Body Whisperer” was an amazing experience for both Tiarna and me.
If you’re not familiar with Lo, Vogue dubbed her the ‘Body Alignment Pro’, and she coaches elite athletes and Hollywood A-listers like Gwyneth Paltrow. With her work being truly remarkable.
An experience we will remember.

I was told I might never walk again.
I dealt with the news like any 21-year-old would, poorly. This pushed me into feeling worse, which made me use more coping strategies, and the cycle continued over and over again.
It wasn’t until I found myself waking up in a panic attack every morning, that I had the light bulb moment of “everything Im doing to cope with this isn’t working… these are the steps I took to pull myself out of rock bottom.
1 - Understand - There is a gap in what i know, and for me to move forward I have to shrink that. Learn, read, watch, listen. If you don’t know, put steps in place.
2 - Refine - We spend so much time on useless tasks which make us feel busy, but they never push the needle forward. Figure out where the highest returns are.
3 - Let Go - Losing my health showed me how little control we have over most things, and to focus on what we do have control over. That is the only space to make change.
Take a second to pause, understand, refine and let go. It might save your life.

I got my dream job, and it burnt me out.
As I was at university studying my psychology degree, I worked in the evenings and weekends as a freelancer, specialising in social media marketing (something which was laughed at at the time and now is all the rage), which landed me what was my dream job.
During this period of time, I realised I wasn’t taking the best care of my physical and mental health after being diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and the pressure of the job was the final nail in the coffin.
After digging myself out of the mud, these are the 4 key foundations which helped me the most:
1 - Sleep – The backbone of every human. If your sleep is broken, so will every other aspect of your life.
2 - Movement – Not a 45-minute HIIT class every day, but incorporating more movement like walking up the stairs instead of taking the elevator.
3 - Phone Use – I moved my charger out of my bedroom and found that stopping scrolling before bed and right as I woke up had a 1000x return on my physical and mental wellbeing.
4 - Saying No – Most of my life I made choices suggested by people around me, be it family or friends. It wasn’t until I took a step back and thought, “Hmm, is this something I actually want to do, or something I think I should?”
I hope you can find part of yourself in these changes, and if you’re needing to check if you’re actually burnt out, there’s a free 2-minute self-check in my Featured.
