This week’s been a weird one! My motivation has been RUBBISH 😅

Past couple of months, I’ve been letting external stress mess with my output… and as a full-time creator, that don’t make no MF sense.

This week, I didn’t feel like training — but I did it anyway. And guess what? Surprise surprise… felt 10x better after EVERY👏🏾 SINGLE👏🏾 TIME👏🏾

So here’s a message to my current self:
“Quit being a b**ch and come on!!” 😅

Because 100% of the 50% I’ve got to give… is still better than giving 0.
