My heart is broken as I had to say goodbye to my sweet Maxie boy.
From the moment he was found, so tiny and helpless in that dumpster, I knew he was meant to be mine. I bottle-fed him, held him close, and he quickly became more than just my cat — he became my baby, the son I never had.
They say I saved him by bringing him home that day, but the truth is, he saved ME. He filled our lives with joy, comfort, and unconditional love. Always there for me, with his gentle spirit and the way he just knew when I needed him most.

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I wanted to take a moment to update you since some of you have reached out to ask how I’m doing. In terms of my health, I’m still dealing with the usual aches and pains, which tend to get worse in the colder weather due to my Autoimmune disease. Life has been very busy lately, but in a good way. Thanksgiving was wonderful, as I spent most of the days before and after with family. My daughters and grandchildren continue to be my greatest source of joy, and I was grateful to have quality time with them.
As many of you know, the holidays, especially Christmas, can be difficult for me. My mother passed away three years ago, and December is not only her birthday month, but she also absolutely adored Christmas. I try to keep the tradition alive by hosting our Christmas Eve family dinner and carrying on all that comes with it, but I still find this to be the hardest month to navigate emotionally—often even more so than the anniversary of her passing.
Right now, my focus has been on work and family, which are my top priorities. Because of this, YouTube has had to take a bit of a backseat. While many of my fellow YouTubers have already shared their beautiful Christmas decorations and content, I haven’t been able to dive in fully just yet.
I’ve been filming my 2024 Christmas Decorating. I purchased a few new things this year and a few thrifted items but mostly tried to work with what I already have and make it all come together. I’ll continue to work on my video and will share it with you all as soon as possible.

I hope you’re all doing well and having an amazing summer! As we approach the end of the season, I’m starting to think about fall decorating. I didn’t want to jump into it too early because, while I adore fall, summer is extra special to me—it’s my birthday season!
I wanted to share a quick update with you: my health is ok right now, though I've had a few challenges this summer. But, as always, I bounce back and am focusing on taking better care of myself , taking my medication which has quadrupled and reducing stress.
I’ve been more active on Instagram and YouTube Shorts, learning the ropes and trying to expand my reach. If you’re not following me on Instagram yet, I highly recommend it—it’s much easier for me to post updates and content there.
I’m also working on a fall bedroom makeover/refresh and can’t wait to share it with you once it’s all edited. Im working on that now.
