ORDINATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICE
We are cordially inviting you to the official launch of Bread of Life Discipleship Church (BOLD). This auspicious service will be crowned by the ordination and commissioning of the relevant church leaders from different parts of Kenya and the rest of the world as well.

21 Days of Fasting & Prayer: A Sacred Act of Worship
_"While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, 'Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.'"_
– Acts 13:2
_"…and then as a widow until she was eighty-four, she never left the temple but worshiped night and day, fasting and praying."_
– Luke 2:37
Fasting and prayer are more than just spiritual disciplines—they are profound ways to draw closer to the heart of God. In Acts 13:2, we see the early church ministering to the Lord through fasting and prayer, a sacred act that invited divine direction and commissioning. Likewise, in Luke 2:37, Anna’s life of devotion shows us how fasting and prayer can be a continual offering of worship to God.
When we fast, we let go of earthly comforts to focus entirely on God, expressing our deep dependence on Him. When we pray, we open our hearts to commune with the Creator. Together, fasting and prayer are a powerful form of ministering to the Lord, offering Him our undivided attention and devotion.
As the year begins, we are dedicating the next 21 Days to prayer and fasting with the theme of worship unto the LORD.
_Instructions for the Fast_
- Theme: Worship Unto The LORD
- 21 Days starting from 7th January 2025, including weekends
- Time 6am - 6pm. Break fast with a light meal. Fluids only during the day.
