Time to Practice.
1. Prep your practice space the night before
2. Start your practice with a new challenging piece of music (right above your skill level)
3. Work in 30 minute blocks then give yourself a 5 minute break (no phone/ Could spike cortisol)
4. Review pieces you already know in your repertoire
5. Stick to your practice time
