I was 8 years old when Hulk Hogan beat the Iron Sheik and won the WWF Title, and it felt like the world changed. Back then, wrestling wasn’t called “sports entertainment.” It was heroes and villains, good vs. evil—and Hogan was a real-life superhero to kids like me.

He told us to say our prayers, eat our vitamins, and believe in ourselves. And in that moment, with the red and yellow shining under the lights, I believed anything was possible. Hulkamania wasn’t just a movement—it was childhood magic.
