Couture Fashion Week has come to an end. ✨

This season, I had the opportunity to walk in many shows, and once again I found myself feeling that Paris is truly a special place for me.

Most of the shows I did were for long couture gowns, and once again I was reminded of something very important: a model’s foundation and basic skills are always more valuable than any details.

Knowing how to move, how to control every step, and how to feel confident in each of these incredible dresses is something that still helps me to this day. And after all, I’ve been a model for 20 years.

I’m truly grateful to my younger self for taking the time to master this skill and for building a foundation that continues to support me throughout my career

I started modeling when this movement was already no longer at its peak, but the consequences of that time were still very visible.

Models were working 24/7, and the entire industry had a very active nightlife. You could walk into a New York club and meet photographers, actors, producers, and creatives all in one place.

During a period of social uncertainty and crisis, the number of people struggling with addiction increased, and the media could no longer maintain the same perfect image that dominated the 1980s.

Reality entered fashion.
