Groundwater is the largest store of liquid fresh water on Earth, and almost none
of it behaves the way people picture it. This channel takes one idea at a time —
an aquifer, a pumping test, a wetting front, a water balance — and explains it
properly, in about fifteen minutes.

The videos are built from university textbook chapters and published papers, for
undergraduates in hydrogeology, soil physics and water resources, and for anyone
who wants the real explanation rather than the simplified one.

Three rules I hold myself to:

· Every number on screen is traced to a named, published source.
· Every figure is drawn from that data, not borrowed. Photographs are public
domain or Creative Commons, and credited.
· Lab videos show the actual apparatus and the actual procedure, so they can
stand in for a session you cannot attend.
