sabi nga ni ‪@raizacontawiofficial‬, “baby steps”! this is where my baby steps led me! you’d never catch me wearing bikinis without my shorts but i finally mustered up the courage to do without it during my LU trip😅 so happy with the progress both externally and of course internally. the fact that i get to run now (which i hated & avoided at all costs lol) and do a little more intense workouts means by body is getting stronger! teehee ok im just so happy bye now guys😋
