Let me introduce you to Michelle, one of the talented voices of the Siren.
I first met her in 2015 when she booked Craving to perform in Groningen alongside Negator, who had just been joined by Wanja Groeger.

At the time, Michelle was singing with the progressive metal band, where she impressed me with her impressive vocal range.

Michelle made her first apperiance on the song "Penelope's Prayer" which is inspired by Homer's epic tale "Odysseus" and originated from our third album "By the Storm".

After hearing Michelle's extraordinary talent, we invited her to perform the clean vocals on "Call of the Sirens" without hesitation.

In addition to her work with us, Michelle is also an accomplished bass player for the Dutch all-female black metal band Asagraum, performing live under the name Mortifero. Mortifero is as well the name of her brand new Neo-Folk Project, which recently signed to mighty Ván Records.

Michelle is the proud owner of Metalcafé de Witte Wolf in Groningen, where she immerses herself in the metal scene. Michelle is an exceptional talent, and we are privileged to have her as part of the Siren's chorus.

RIP Alexi Laiho. 😥
Starting out in 2005 COB was a big influence
on all the band members in Craving back in the day.
The music will live on, but still Alexi will be greatly missed.
