I've been a high end PSA graded sports card collector for over 20 years but in mid 2021 when my 6 year old asked me if we could begin collecting Pokémon cards like daddy collects Football cards I knew everything was about to change! I then began my journey into self educating about all things Pokémon and I came to some interesting revelations. I've found a good bit of similarities and also quite a few stark differences between the hobbies of sports and Pokémon collecting. I also realized that my years of collecting cardboard might have some value and use in the Pokémon space. I'm excited to share what lessons I have learned and what input I have with the Pokémon community and I look forward to learning from this amazing group of collectors as well.
