A day where yoga wasn’t just practiced — it was felt.
Beautiful souls 💞 came together to learn, stretch, backbend, breathe, heal, celebrate & simply BE.
We began with yoga basics & anatomy — yes, even the “oh-I-didn’t-know-I-had-that-muscle” discoveries 😄
Then flowed into a beautiful backbending sequence using Iyengar props — belts, blocks, wheels, chairs… basically ,we used it all 😄
From anatomy → prep → asana with props → partner yoga → pranayama → sound healing → celebrations → potluck → heartfelt conversations…
we lived the true meaning of Sangam — the union of mind, body, breath & community.
Every participant received personal attention, partner yoga had everyone giggling, pranayama grounded us, and Uma’s sound healing sent half the room into another galaxy.
And then came one of the most heart-warming moments of the day — our potluck lunch.
Every dish was cooked with so much love, intention and care.
A spread of home-cooked, pure sattvic food — fresh, nourishing, dairy-free, preservative-free and absolutely delicious.
Food truly tastes different when it’s made with heart. 💛✨
