50 Lessons from my experiences, personal life, and professional life:

1. Communication and leadership skills are underrated.
Work on it; otherwise, miss a lot of opportunities and struggle to succeed.

2. AI tech and tools: Make our repeatable, monotonous work automated and boost our product, so early adopters can take more benefits from it, and it saves our time, energy, and even money.

3. Take initiative; never wait for anything—just go and do it

4. Always keep learning, especially in the AI world: 2 to 3 skills are necessary for all.

5. Never look for short-term benefits.

6. Never be part of gossip, especially politics.

7. Never be clever, and always be clear about yourself to know your team, your manager, and your social life.

8. Think of the company as a university to learn and grow with real experiences that were not available to gain real work experience in college/university.
