Clients are desperate to pay you $4,000+ a month for these 3 AI systems... đ¤
Not because theyâre âAI.â
But because they help businesses make money.
Thatâs the part most people still donât get.
Every week, thereâs a new video telling you to build a chatbot, sell an automation, or start a software company.
But most of that stuff is a distraction.
It sounds good.
It looks clever.
But it doesnât retain.
And it usually doesnât tie closely enough to revenue.
In my new video, I break down the 3 AI systems that businesses are actually paying for in 2026.
These are the systems that sit closest to revenue.
Which means:
Higher fees.
Better retention.
And a much better business model.
Here's what you'll learn in this video:
â˘Why petty automation is a dead end.
â˘Why SaaS is the wrong place to start for most people
â˘How to become impossible to replace over time
If you want to build an AI business that actually makes moneyâŚ

AI is already replacing AI agencies... đŹ
People keep talking about jobs being replaced.
So what do most agency owners do?
They rush to start an âAI agencyâ.
But hereâs the problem:
A lot of those agencies are about to get replaced by AI too.
Yes, really.
The automated is being automated.
Most people are building offers around tools, workflows, and automationsâŚ
Stuff that looks good now, but gets replaced the second a cheaper tool does it faster.
Thatâs why most AI agencies are building on sand.
The ones actually winning?
Theyâre not selling random automations.
Theyâre building AI into the infrastructure of a business.
Thatâs a completely different game.
I broke this down in my new video.
Inside, I cover:
⢠The mistake wiped most AI agencies out
⢠What the smart ones are building instead
⢠And why the next 12 months matter so much

Most agency owners are using free trials completely wrong.
When you lead with free, you're telling the prospect you need them more than they need you.
They can feel that. And the moment they do, they either lose interest or start wondering why nobody's paying you in the first place.
Michael Jameson found this out the hard way when he launched Objective Agency.
Every cold outreach led with "we'll do this for free" and every prospect either ghosted him or looked at him like he'd just offered them a timeshare.
So he flipped it.
He started with a clear price and proposal, and only offered the free trial as a closing tactic rather than a lead.
Now it wasn't desperation. It was confidence. Three of the four clients who took him up on it are still with him six months later.
He went from 0 to ÂŁ10k a month in under six months.
I sat down with Michael to break down exactly how he did it...
The outreach, the sales calls, how he kept those trial clients from walking, and what actually compounded into ÂŁ10k a month.
If you're still trying to land your first few clients, this one's for you.

This AI outreach system books 2-8 meetings a day (on autopilot)
I've been doing outreach for over 10 years.
And for most of that time, the strategy was:
Wake up, send emails, lose the will to live, repeat.
You know how it goes.
You start strong, life gets in the way, the outreach stops, & 3 weeks later you're staring at an empty pipeline.
So I built a system that does the whole thing without me.
It finds the leads, writes personalised messages, sends them across five channels, handles every reply, objects to objections at 2am without complaining, & books meetings straight into the calendar.
My team just shows up to the call.
880 leads a day. 3,000 emails. 2 to 8 booked meetings - every single day.
I just dropped a full video breaking down the entire architecture.
There's one part in particular (About what happens the moment someone replies) that I genuinely think will change how you look at your current setup.

Most agencies do great workâŚ
Then they share it once, move on, and hope referrals magically appear.
đŞđżđźđťđ´.
Thatâs how you stay invisible.
In the latest episode of Agency Giants, I sat down with Dan Knowlton, Founder of Knowlton, who went from starting an agency in his parentsâ spare room⌠to working with brands like BBC and Marvel.
His âunfair advantageâ isnât a secret funnel.
Itâs a simple rule:
"Milk the top 10%."
Deliver incredible work for a brand people actually recognizeâŚ
Then squeeze every drop of marketing value out of it.
Watch the full episode here đ https://youtu.be/aCzPjeoHEfU
Hereâs what youâll learn:
⢠The âtop 10%â system that turns ONE win into your next 10 clients.
⢠Why his outreach is never truly cold (and how he warms the market first).
⢠The LinkedIn ad format most agencies ignore that quietly lands big-brand CMOs.
If youâre doing good work but itâs not translating into better clientsâŚ
This episode is your fix.
