यही संविधान का संतुलन है....
विरोध का अधिकार भी, और जीवन की रक्षा भी। आज आवश्यकता किसी की कही हुई बात को बिना समझे मान लेने की नहीं, बल्कि संविधान को स्वयं पढ़ने और समझने की है। क्योंकि संविधान ही हमें बताता है कि हमारे अधिकार क्या हैं, हमारी सीमाएँ क्या हैं और हमारे कर्तव्य क्या हैं। भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक को संविधान अवश्य पढ़ना चाहिए। ताकि

AIBE XXI Result Update !! Important Information for All Candidates !!
Congratulations to everyone who has cleared the AIBE XXI examination. This year, around 70% of candidates have qualified, which is encouraging for aspiring advocates.
Important Cut-off Marks:
- ✅ General / OBC Category: 42 marks - ✅ SC / ST Category: 37 marks
This means candidates who have secured 42 marks (General/OBC) or 37 marks (SC/ST) have qualified as per the declared cut-off.
If your result shows "Undertaking"
There is no need to worry. The Undertaking option is generally applicable to candidates who had applied under the specified eligibility categories. If you had submitted an undertaking during the application process, simply complete the required formalities and submit the necessary documents, if applicable.
If your result shows "Withdrawal"
Don't panic. A Withdrawal status is often due to a missing, incomplete, or unclear document. Once the required document is submitted and verified by the concerned authority, your result may be updated accordingly.
So, don't be anxious. Carefully read the official instructions, complete the required formalities, and keep checking for updates.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऑफ इंडिया ने विरासत में मिली कृषि भूमि को लेकर एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय दिया है, जो उत्तराधिकारियों के अधिकारों की मजबूत सुरक्षा करता है।
अब यदि कोई उत्तराधिकारी अपनी विरासत में मिली कृषि भूमि बेचना चाहता है, तो हिंदू उत्तराधिकार अधिनियम, 1956 की धारा 22 के अनुसार सबसे पहले परिवार के पात्र उत्तराधिकारियों (Class-I Heirs) को उसे खरीदने का अवसर देना होगा।
परिवार के सदस्यों द्वारा अवसर न लेने के बाद ही वह भूमि किसी थर्ड पार्टी को बेची जा सकेगी।
यह फैसला केवल एक कानूनी व्याख्या नहीं, बल्कि पारिवारिक संपत्ति को परिवार के भीतर सुरक्षित रखने और उत्तराधिकारियों के वैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
