I strive to bring a little bit of light to your day or night by sharing a therapeutic hobby that I have fallen in love with.
I used Rc to help me get sober.
10/17/22 - current 😃
Alcohol was my vice and my demon for mental health and cPTSD.
Rc may have saved my life.
Gave me something to do with my time and my hands once I was healthy enough.
Got me outside and moving in fresh air.
Gave me patience, discipline, I'd lacked
It made me slow down and realise life is about the journey not the destination.
To do everything with purpose.
And when we do , the results yielded are greater 🙌
