I picked the name Social Animal cause I believe it captures the essence of human beings :)
My name is Ruben, I am very interested in social interactions, especially relating to how hard it can be to freely express ourselves and connect with others. I believe that they are no reason that one should be anxious to express themselves, any friction you might experience is just an opportunity to learn about yourself.

I hope you are well. A few days ago, on November 28th, it was the 5 years of the channel. I am very happy with the way the channel is growing and I am more motivated than ever to keep making better videos and spreading the message.
