Just got back into swimming for my health
After getting lazy with it for a few years
And i already feel a difference
I feel lighter, more energetic, stronger, my blood pressure doesn't feel as high even with bp meds
I am starting to curb my alcohol drinking habbits
I haven't felt this good in about 4-5 maybe 6 years
I will not stop until i get slim enough to fit back into my suit
Keep working to achieve your goals and don't let anyone or anything stop you

Hello everyone
I have some sad news
My dog coco, passed away last night on october 8th 2023, in her sleep
She was 14 and a half years old,
She was the sweetest and most friendly dog I have ever had
She is gone but never forgotten, she has a special place in my heart.
Rest in Peace Coco
You will always be my favorite dog
