Bonnie Raitt is a singer, songwriter and guitarist whose unique style blends blues, R&B, rock, and pop. After 20 years as a cult favorite, she broke through to the top in the early 90s with her GRAMMY-award winning albums, 'Nick of Time' and 'Luck of the Draw,' which featured hits, "Something To Talk About" and "I Can't Make You Love Me" among others. The thirteen-time Grammy winner was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 and Rolling Stone named the slide guitar ace one of the “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time” and one of the "100 Greatest Singers of All Time.” With Just Like That…, her first new album in more than six years, Raitt continues to draw on the range of influences that have shaped her legendary career, while creating something that speaks to the circumstances and challenges of these unprecedented times. Bonnie continues to use her influence to affect the way music is perceived and appreciated in the world.

“I mean, listen, none of us expected when we were 20 that we’d be rocking this hard when we were in our 70s. And then I look at Mick (Jagger) and Keith (Richards) and Paul McCartney … and Tony Bennett and B.B. (King) before them. There’s no sign of slowing down, artistically and energetically. We all got the message that if we were lucky enough to be taking better care of ourselves … we could keep doing this.” Bonnie spoke with Gary Graff at The Oakland Press in advance of her show tomorrow night Sept 13th at the Fox Theatre in Detroit. “Bonnie slightly preceded me in coming on the scene, but we had very parallel paths,” says Taylor. “She was connected with the music scene in Cambridge and Boston.” As Bonnie and the band head to Lenox, MA on Sunday for their performance at Tanglewood Music Festival, we wanted to share the thoughtful sidebar interview that her dear friend @jamestaylor gave to Berkshire Magazine to accompany the feature article about Bonnie that ran in the Summer 2025 issue.

Huge thanks to Aimsel Ponti for highlighting Bonnie's upcoming show at Maine Savings Amphitheatre. While Bonnie has played many shows in Portland over the years, the concert in Bangor this Thursday will mark her first return to the Penobscot County area since the mid-1980s! — BRHQ

Please remember that social media can be a wonderful place to share pictures, memories, thoughts, opinions and more but it can also be a breeding ground for predators trying to scam people and in our case, doing things like making fake social media accounts and posing as Bonnie Raitt or members of her team, asking to connect with you personally on Telegram, LinkedIn or other sites, trying to engage with you, and even doing things like offering concert tickets or a chance to meet Bonnie.
We want you to know that Bonnie and her team will never try to reach you personally through social media unless the message comes from one of her official accounts (@officialbonnieraitt on Facebook and @bonnieraittofficial on Instagram, both verified with the blue check mark.) Most importantly, we ask you to please take caution and do not share your personal information with anyone claiming to have any connection to Bonnie Raitt, or claiming to be her. There is no circumstance under which we would ever request payment or access to sensitive information. Be aware of scammers and don’t engage!
Bonnie is so grateful for the wonderful fans who have supported her music and career over these many decades. It's both frustrating and painful to know there are nefarious people online attempting to take advantage of her fans. If you see scammers in the comments on Bonnie's posts or in your direct messages, DO NOT engage, but DO block and report! Each and every time you block and report one of these fake accounts, you are helping keep our community safe.
Thank you!

We loved playing the Holland International Blues Festival in Grolloo with our longtime pals, the great Robert Cray and his ace band. @margoprice was terrific as well and played on the same stage as us. Lots of great bands and many thanks to the Fest staff and rockin', huge audience.

I want to thank all our fans in Ireland for showing us a wonderful time. We loved our shows in Belfast and Dublin and want to thank our special guest, Martin Harley, for knocking folks out every night. We had a great show in Manchester last night and look forward to Nottingham and Scotland, then more here in England and heading to the continent.
Here’s a lovely review of our first night in Dublin. So glad we’re getting such a warm reception. It’s mutual!
