Me and my best friend really liked the FNAF 2 movie, it was fun, had some good spooks, was interesting, genuinely creepy moments, good character interactions (I actually really like the human characters, especially Vanessa), I am invested in the story. And of course, I adore the craftmanship with the animatronics. They had to make twice as many for this one, but they all looked AMAZING! I have nothing against CGI, but I fully believe that when possible, movies should try to use practical effects. It's worth it, so worth it. The Withered ones looked horrifying, and my only complaint for the movie is their lack of more screentime.

Can't wait for the third one! I will be dragging you to the cinemas again, bestie 👀

I just got the news that a dear old friend of mine was put to sleep a week ago. She was the one I learned how to canter on, and sometimes we jumped small jumps (even while trotting over low poles, oops). After years of being a lesson pony, she got retired and was bought by a private owner, who was kind enough to let me visit her sometimes. This little mare was likely my heart horse. She'd often be calmer in my presence than with the other kids, once I started to understand she wanted soft movements and a gentle voice. I'm glad she got to rest in her final years, just being a buddy to another horse, enjoying hay and some summers in a big grass field.

Sometimes I question what the heck are so many people doing to end up in nerve-wracking, toxic relationships despite trying their best. I'm just like... how did I end up so lucky despite barely trying and being very scared and having abandonment issues? I see myself as a freaking mess, but I met an amazing person, on Tinder of all places, and have been chatting almost everyday since. I heard the horror stories, saw the creepy messages people shared, all that. It didn't take me long to see someone and feel a spark. I just saw her pictures, read the bio, and was enamored. I'm not faking anything, I have expressed my personal opinions before, she has too, and we've talked about deep stuff, I've showed my flaws, so it's not like I'm keeping it surface-level. I'm not even experienced, I'm a v!rgin, never kissed somebody before, only had feelings for one other person before my girlfriend, this girlfriend is my first ever real relationship (counting out the online relationship I had as a young teen), so it's not like I actually knew what's it like in practice. If it sounds like I'm bragging, I'm sorry, I'm genuinely not (at least I don't believe I am), because I have no idea what I even did right. Communication and being kind, I guess?

While I won't brag about myself, I will absolutely brag about my girlfriend, she's genuinely so cool, creative, talented and kind 😌

I watched Kung Fu Panda 4. I'm gonna be completely honest, it kinda sucked. Had a lot of potential, but it just felt rushed, often had cringe-worthy dialogue, poor pacing, wasted screentime that could have gone to better things (it literally went nowhere, the way it is now. You could take it out of the movie and nothing would change), and The Furious Five deserves that screentime. Also, Awkwafina's voice did not suit the fox character. And The Chameleon, first of all, could've had a better and easier name. Her voice actor didn't really have much emotion, and she has no intimidating presence or aura. She's quite boring as a character. You don't even feel any pity for her, like Tai Lung or Lord Shen. The backstory is undercooked. The whole plot is illogical and forced.

Only a few jokes, dialogue and visuals were actually good. Yes, even the visuals were off-putting a lot of the time. The saturation of all colours is a bit much, there's a lack of those semi-realistic textures of the previous movies (the fur, the wood, iron details, such things). It feels like a different universe. And I also don't see much of a theme in this one. Sure, we have the "inside every person is potential to be great" mentality, but we already had that in the first movie, with Po being the seemingly talentless, lazy panda, but really he's passionate, has his own unique skills, and just needed the right guidance. And I wouldn't count "change is good" as a theme, it barely had an impact on the story, it was forced onto Po despite being in his prime, and you shouldn't have to change just because "you can be better". What is that telling kids? Quit while at the top and try something new even if you are still happy with your current thing? There is no rush for Po to give up his title and "get promoted" to spiritual leader. What happened to individual journeys? Po doesn't fit in a mold, he made his own mold. He shouldn't have to fit into a standard of "you've done your thing for a while, now you have to follow somebody else's footsteps against your will".

It's pretty insulting.

It just struck me that Vivziepop said Hazbin Hotel season 3 will be focused on family, and will feature Alastor as an antagonist (plus Lute)... What if this doesn't mean it'll only be about the Morningstars, but also potentially other characters, such as - dun dun dun - Alastor! I'd be very happy to see how that would impact him. But yes, I am also very interested in Lilith's return and Lucifer maybe meeting his (ex?)wife again after literally 8 years.

I am very curious about how it'll go, if there's any resentment on either side. I know from experience that parental disagreements can be... difficult. Fun fact and random trauma dump: my father didn't forgive my mother for a mistake she made more than 11 years ago, despite saying he had, on God's name too, lmao. So my mother finally divorced him (for many more reasons as well), the papers are official, even if they're "technically still married in God's eyes" (I hate when religions dictate such stupid things, it's outdated. Abusive relationships should be an exception).

Today I learned that "Alastor" is in actual demonology and myth (apparently one version being somebody who died in the Trojan war, or the name of one of the horses who carried Hades' chariot), and has also been used as an insult synonymous with "scoundrel". Some versions are an executioner, a punisher of bad deeds. Also described as exceptionally evil sometimes. I wonder if this was intentional by Vivziepop? Hazbin Hotel's Alastor is such an old character, and I don't know for how long she's been interested in demonology. But she's taken inspiration in recent years with the Ars Goetia, such as Stolas, who's commonly pictured as an owl with long legs.

I love my cat so damn much. He's such a good boy, I'm glad he's happy now. I want him to be happy. His fur starts to have a shimmer to it when he's happy and healthy. He becomes more cuddly and less often frustrated. It's made such a huge difference for him, to let him be himself.

The future is looking very bleak. Sometimes I wish I didn't exist, the world feels impossible to fix. It feels like nothing will ever get better, it only gets worse. I just want to disappear and not feel this hopelessness. I can't save the nature I love. I can't come up with solutions to satisfy the rich capitalists whilst reducing climate impact. I'm a nobody, a voice in the void. If things don't get better soon enough, my heart will break into tons of tiny pieces. No medicine or therapy will heal the wounds from knowing how little people in power care about our planet.

Does anyone else wanna boycott Coca Cola Company with me? I've decided to quit Cola, because of their AI usage to make ads. I'm just too tired of it to *not* give a shit, I really want this to stop. The climate situation is getting worse right now. Two owls native to Sweden were declared currently extinct from our country (not globally, thank goodness), and the suspected culprit of their disappearance is the climate. The last recorded clutch of eggs from the snowy owl was in 2015, they said. The warming of their natural habitat has affected them greatly. So, safe to say I'm pissed. Generative AI has to stop. We can't afford to keep doing this sh*t. We were already causing enough trouble for our planet without AI.

Remember, Coca Cola Company owns Sprite, Fanta, and some other brands as well. You can see which on their website. I won't force anyone to join my boycott, but, just letting people know.

You know, sometimes I wonder if way too many people genuinely can't fathom the idea of acknowledging a fictional character is an asshole, evil, cruel, or a jerk, AND attractive, charming, or funny at the same time. I've seen an increase in people being weirdly offended or angry if you like characters like Jax (Digital Circus) or Alastor and Valentino (Hazbin Hotel), and others are being completely blind to the faults of these characters. Except for Valentino, all Valentino fans I've seen seem to all accept that he's 100% an evil character, he just happens to be funny sometimes.

It's kinda weird, because like, if one says they like Jax or Alastor, some people will just assume you're an apologist and excuses all their actions, or like them *only* because "you're attracted to them". I may be a Jax fan, but I'm not into his looks like that. Haters, they will not see anything good at all, and are convinced you're delusional for believing there is something more to the character's actions and words. It sometimes feels like understanding hints, subtext and reading between the lines is a lost art.

Maybe I'm just on the wrong side of the fandoms, I dunno. I just want to see more nuanced takes. So many people think everything is black and white. Same with the Jax x Pomni ship, too many assume "it's just because they're male and female". I'm literally gay. I'm a wOkE lesbian demigirl, I actually don't often care for hetero ships. But Funnybunny got me because of the interesting potential I saw after the episode "Untitled". It's just fun to think about. It's only the rabid children and immature adults that try to pressure the ship into canon, same goes for Hazbin Hotel, most shippers are NOT pressuring Vivziepop to make Radioapple canon. It's honestly more common to see "I'll k!ll myself if that ship becomes canon". They call shippers dramatic.

Anyway, after Hazbin Hotel season 2 episode 4 [SPOILER WARNING], I saw some people genuinely feel bad for Vox, say it was a "valid crashout" and that they hate Alastor. Did people casually forget that Vox was a cult leader in his life and continues to influence people and spread misinformation? He hangs out with Valentino, a r*pist, exploiter in the p*rn industry, and Velvette, who assists them with this? Alastor is not worse, especially for being a jerk and rejecting the idea of their friendship. You are allowed to feel some pity for the genuine sadness and relate to the experience of being rejected, but let's not excuse any crimes. Vox is an overlord as well, he has 100% killed fellow sinners. Same goes for Alastor, who's a character I adore. He's funny, charming, interesting, buuut I am aware he was a very bad human, didn't even flinch when he summoned Rosie, a demon overlord, as a living soul.

Now, if I go into personal opinions, I prefer Alastor over Vox, despite them being both cocky and arrogant, simply because there are traces of him being a good person, here and there. I could be wrong, and I will accept it if I am, but I think Alastor is sort of like Jax, in a way. Just more extreme. He's not open to admitting he can be soft. He's more friendly with Mimzy and Rosie, because his reputation doesn't suffer for it. Charlie, however, is very controversial in the city. I read Alastor's deal with Vox as a genuine attempt to save Niffty (and potentially even Husk) from being slain by the Vees. If he didn't care, he could have escaped and let them both take the fall. He has a genuine soft spot for Niffty, and he had no reason to lie to her when in season 1, he admits he could get used to the company in the hotel. So even if something about Rosie's deal meant he couldn't allow Charlie to get hurt (which is a theory I got), hence why he'd include her safety in his deal with Vox, it seems he still likes her and the others. With time, I do think Alastor could potentially get better. But he'll likely get worse, at least at first, if he ever chooses to be a good guy for once. He does not seem to like humiliation, and wants more power so he can make people respect him. Honestly, I think maybe he fears being weak and vulnerable. Could be a reason he rejected Vox in the first place.
