Advocate for normalizing mental health issues in daily conversation, reducing stigma, and fighting against misinformation. Womens' rights are human rights. LGBTQIA+ rights are human rights. Black lives matter. I live on land stolen from Native American peoples. Science is real.

I believe the best way to fix problems between groups is through open communication, listening to every party's problems and concerns, and treating everyone with kindness, compassion, and understanding.
