Morning (After Waking Up) 🌞
1 glass warm water with lemon πŸ‹
2 soaked almonds
1 walnut

Breakfast 🍽️
Vegetable Upma
1 cup green tea 🍡

Mid-Morning Snack πŸ‰
1 bowl mixed fruits:
Papaya
Pineapple
Pomegranate

Lunch πŸ›
Balanced meal:
1 small bowl brown rice
1 chapati
Dal
Mixed vegetable sabzi
Salad
Curd

Evening Snack β˜•
Green tea
Roasted chana

Dinner πŸŒ™
Grilled paneer
SautΓ©ed vegetables
Vegetable soup

Rules for Day 2 βœ…
Drink 2–3 litres water πŸ’§
No soft drinks ❌
No junk food ❌
Reduce sugar 🍬

Or 2 soaked almonds + 1 date

Breakfast 🍳
Choose one:
Oats with banana + nuts
Idli with sambar
Wheat dosa + chutney
Boiled eggs + whole wheat bread
Fruit bowl with yogurt

Mid-Morning Snack 🍎
1 fruit:
Apple
Orange
Papaya
Guava
Watermelon

Lunch πŸ›
Balanced plate:
Rice or chapati
One vegetable dish
Protein:
Fish / chicken / egg / dal / paneer
Salad or cucumber
Curd

Evening Snack β˜•
Avoid bakery snacks today ❌
Instead choose:
Green tea
Black tea without much sugar
Roasted peanuts
Sprouts
Banana
Makhana

Chapati + veg curry
Soup + toast
