I have been documenting my entire real estate journey here on YouTube for nearly 10 years. I have been incredibly transparent from the start so if and when you decide to jump into this industry you go in with the property expectation like I did which is what kept me going all those years I wasn't making any money.
My goal has always been to become a real estate investor and I saw getting my real estate license as the easiest gateway to reaching my goals. I never wanted to be running around my whole life working with buyers and sellers going deal by deal. There is no freedom in that and freedom is the goal.
I thought I needed to be a successful agent first before jumping into the investing side so I spent nearly 6 years building a 6 Figure business only to be left with nothing when I decided to pursue the investing side. I thought I needed money, experience, knowledge, and connections so I didn't even try to start looking for investment property. That was a mistake that set me back 6 years, and I am writing this post to hopefully stop YOU from wasting precious years trying to figure it all out on your own like I had to do.
I shut my mentorship program down a couple of months ago because I wanted to focus on implementing systems and processes for own flipping business so we can scale to new heights.
