There is currently a glitch going around known as the Korea glitch, it resets most of your progress and sends you back to ch.1 EoC Korea.

Everybody screenshot some Ubers your inquiry code and some other details and make sure not to leak it

The glitch is quite rare but still possible

So Far the whole of battle cats Reddit is on about it but not so much on YouTube.
