हरियाणा में 25 लाख फर्जी वोटर: राहुल गांधी ने आरोप लगाया कि हरियाणा में 25 लाख वोट चोरी किए गए, यानी हर 8 में से 1 वोटर फर्जी था। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर ये धांधली न होती तो कांग्रेस की भारी बहुमत से जीत होती।​

ब्राजीलियाई मॉडल का इस्तेमाल: एक बड़ा आरोप यह है कि एक ब्राजीलियाई मॉडल की तस्वीर का इस्तेमाल करके 22 अलग-अलग नामों से फर्जी वोट डाले गए, जैसे सीमा, स्वीटी और सरस्वती।​

चुनाव आयोग पर मिलीभगत का आरोप: गांधी ने दावा किया कि यह एक संगठित योजना थी जिसमें भारतीय चुनाव आयोग (ECI) ने भाजपा के साथ मिलकर कांग्रेस को हराने में मदद की।​

पोस्टल बैलेट और EVM में अंतर: उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हरियाणा के चुनावी इतिहास में पहली बार पोस्टल बैलेट और EVM के नतीजों में बड़ा अंतर देखा गया, जिसमें कांग्रेस पोस्टल बैलेट में आगे थी।​

यह प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस बिहार चुनाव के पहले चरण के मतदान से ठीक एक दिन पहले हुई है। गांधी ने इसे 'हाइड्रोजन बम' खुलासा बताया है और पहले भी इस मुद्दे पर प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर चुके हैं।​
