First type they create their objectives and hit them without you iterating on them
Second type you show them the objectives and they achieve them alone
Third type you show them their objectives and you iterate with them and they achieve them
Fourth type you show them the objectives you iterate with them and they may even miss it.
Direct reports should be always first types and discard fourth type for a successful organization
