48' stepdeck putting in work! Very proud of this load job jeferson did... he was the only one on my team who stayed out through Christmas. He loaded in WA and on his way home to TX!
2 small SUVs, 1 Polaris side by side, and a stand up ski doo tarped on the upper level!

It's unfortunate when a load has to be delivered late, but we all must remember, the load is OURS during transit, we must run it legally and safely. Many brokers don't understand this, because their computer says it has to be delivered at a certain time, but we are the ones out here running the miles, and we are the ones out here with everything to loose if they are not run safely. Sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly. as long as the load gets there safely, it's a win in my opinion

This is the nicest and most professional way I can say "F you, we're doing the best we can" without saying F you :)

Be mindful ! Came across these 2 loads the other day while trying to fill Jason's trailer... this broker got their system, or their truckstop account, hacked into... scammer posted these 2 loads, which we can all see are just too good to be true, even though they were going into Florida...

so I emailed, as well as called Electra, and they were aware and reaching out to truckstop... and within 15 mins, the loads had been pulled down. But they were up on the board for about 2 hrs in the early morning, before the actual broker was in the office.

So this scammer could have been collecting carrier information to reuse later. Who knows.
Be careful. If it's too good to be true, it probably is.

And if it's email only, and the email doesn't match the brokers email, it's cause for concern, and if you are suspicious of something, please please contact the broker and or the loadboard so they can be made aware, don't just ignore it. We wouldn't let a kid get hurt in front of us and not do anything, this is the same thing, we must protect and look out for each other if we are ever going to see an end to this bull shit.

They want a dedicated truck and don't want to move an inch on the rate.
I was feeling stubborn so I let it go when broker didn't want to give me $1500
Broker thanked me for wasting his time ! Ha
I thanked him back

Dedicated runs are to be paid accordingly, and I won't run them at a discounted rate just because the broker says so. They will find someone else, but not me, not today.

Looking on the Loadboard for Alvin.... reached out to actual broker and asked if this was their load. They replied, "we have been hacked, don't accept the load"
