Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a euphoric experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine, precipitating relaxation. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. My name is Matt and some of you know me as "Real Talk & Business".

I created this channel with a passion I have for ASMR. This "tingling sensation" is something I have experienced for a long time. I never knew how the sounds were actually making my body react a certain way. If I hear a sound, it has to be at the right frequency in order for my body to react. I will have this sensation that would start from my head and travel to the back of my neck. Sometimes this sensation would travel down my head and to my shoulders and down my arms. It's amazing that so many other people are experiencing the same feeling.

How is everybody doing?? I hope all is well! I'm still over here making magic happen. I acquired some land last year and I'm just now putting the pieces together 🧩 I think I found my new home for my creative juices but we'll see :) I'm taking it one day at a time because it's a process, especially in this location. But the sunsets over here are phenomenal and there's wildlife galore with 360 degree views 👁️ 🦌🐄 It's just so much to absorb but I had a little time to write this update anyway. As some of you know, I visited the Philippines but I decided not to setup shop there to film videos for various reasons. I always wanted to go there since I was a kid and I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience that wonderful country. Also, thank you for getting my last video to 100K views and subscribing to the channel during my absence...that's crazy support right there and I'm grateful.
